Privacy & saved progress

Reading does not require entering campaign notes or importing achievements. The guide does not read your game save, Steam account or payment details.

Saved in this browser

Builds, choices, checks, inventory records, planner inputs, notes and playthrough profiles are saved in local browser storage. Downloaded HTML files use their own offline records. These remain until you remove them or the browser clears them; there is no automatic expiry. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to read them. Avoid sensitive personal information in notes.

Use Export inside each guide to keep a backup. To remove device copies, export first, then clear this site’s storage in your browser settings. Deleting local storage does not delete an account copy. Browser privacy modes and storage limits can prevent saving; a visible error then asks you to export.

Optional account sync

When signed in through the hosting service, the server stores your campaign data and a revision number under your authenticated user identifier. This enables account sync. If device and account differ, you choose which to use; conflicting copies are not silently merged. Account records have no scheduled expiry at present.

Account progress can be deleted below. Export first. Deletion removes the chosen guide’s active progress record; it does not erase your downloaded files, device copy, hosting logs or provider backups. Stop editing that guide or clear its device copy afterward to avoid syncing it again.

Optional usage counts

The online library counts known page openings and clicks on Start walkthrough, Continue walkthrough, guide downloads and the link to Ko-fi, with timestamps and a random browser-tab session code. Clicks do not establish game completion, successful downloads or donations. A new tab, or 30 minutes without a counted page or action, can start another session. This estimates visits rather than identifying individual people. Only the site owner can view the report.

The analytics table does not store IP addresses, account details, full browser details, searches, URL queries, story choices, achievements or campaign notes. Signed-in owner visits and known automated clients are excluded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Downloaded guides do not send counts. Records older than 90 days are excluded from reports and removed when subsequent traffic is recorded.

Reports you choose to send

“Send to the desk” submits the report fields you entered, the selected game and section, a random report ID, a random browser code for submission limits, and a timestamp to the owner’s private inbox. Do not include personal information or game saves. Copy and Download do not submit a report; downloaded editions offer an online form link instead.

Reports are available in the inbox for 90 days. Expired reports are deleted when the owner opens the inbox or another report is submitted. The browser code stays on your device until site storage is cleared; it is separate from optional analytics. Sending a report does not subscribe you to messages or guarantee a reply. Preview and public reports are kept separate.

Links and support

The library does not include an advertising pixel, third-party analytics script or embedded Ko-fi widget. Hosting and authentication providers may process operational logs and cookies under their own terms. Following a source or Ko-fi link opens a third-party service governed by that service’s privacy policy. Payment processing belongs to Ko-fi and its payment providers; this library does not receive card details.
